Terms of Service

By purchasing any type of artwork/item from AIZUI, the CUSTOMER/CLIENT understands and agrees to the following Terms of Service and Conditions for non-commercial use.AIZUI has the right to adjust the Terms of Service and Conditions for any reason at any time.AIZUI has the right to refuse service to anyone regardless of conditions.AIZUI refuses to provide artwork/items depicted of illegal activities, trademarked characters, and hateful content.The CUSTOMER/CLIENT must be eighteen years or older to purchase from AIZUI with no exceptions. Government issued photograph identification may be requested in order to prove age.AIZUI will not distribute any personal information unless required for government/legality purposes.Base prices vary depending on the complexity/materials of the artwork/item. A preliminary quote will be given to the CUSTOMER/CLIENT before commission is approved.The CUSTOMER/CLIENT is responsible to provide the currency, or he/she’s portion of the trade before the artwork/item by AIZUI can be started. A sketch/planning phase can be provided ahead of time in good faith by AIZUI.Payment must be made with PayPal, Square or direct transfer in USD currency. All other payment/forms of payment are prohibited.Payment/Item is required before the commission can be started. If payment/Item has not been received within 24 hours of purchase, then the item/artwork is forfeited unless AIZUI is notified and agreed to extend the time frame.Satisfaction is acknowledged and will offer no refunds based on this. Once the item/artwork has been sent by email, other social media or mail the responsibility is now held liable with the CUSTOMER/CLIENT. AIZUI will not be held liable for damages during shipment.Any changes must be requested via email or other platforms within 24 hours after the sketch/planning phase has been sent via email or other platforms for consideration. After the artwork has been started revisions are prohibited, unless stated by AIZUI on a case-to-case basis.If any errors are made on AIZUI's behalf depending on the severity AIZUI will correct these errors with for no additional charge.If for any reason the CUSTOMER/CLIENT requests a cancellation/refund of the item/artwork the following fee applies. If the item/artwork has not been started a 5% cancellation fee is retained and CUSTOMER/CLIENT will receive a 95% refund. If the item/artwork has been started a refund will be determined on a case-to-case basis and approved or denied by AIZUI.AIZUI has the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund to the CUSTOMER/CLIENT for any reason. The percentage of the refund is dependent on the artwork/item’s progress and will be treated as a cancellation.The CUSTOMER/CLIENT has the right to contact AIZUI via email provided for reasons related to the order. No other emails will be accepted by AIZUI. If a reply has not been given within 72 hours the CUSTOMER/CLIENT is encouraged to resend as loss of emails/contact can occur.All artwork by the AIZUI is not allowed to be sold or traded for any currency equaling more than the original paid amount unless additional artwork is provided.All artwork created by AIZUI is copyrighted and claimed with rights reserved. Distribution of artwork is prohibited without credit and acknowledgment by AIZUI.Selling AIZUI’s artwork for profitable or personal means is prohibited unless permission is granted by AIZUI with signed documentation.Artwork created by AIZUI may be used as promotional material and may be displayed to the public unless otherwise agreed upon by both AIZUI and CUSTOMER/CLIENT before the commission has been started.Removing the signature indicating AIZUI's artwork is prohibited. Claiming artwork by AIZUI as his/her own is prohibited.
